From first touches at age 5 to advanced tactics at 16, every KEA programme blends football, life-skills and mentorship.

KEA Sessions Approach

Play, imagination and exploration

Kandanda Elite Academy believes in the power of play, imagination, and exploration as key elements in developing a lifelong love for football and enhancing the overall learning experience. Our key phases highlight:

01

Play-Based Learning

Engaging young players in play-based activities that promote motor skills, coordination, and basic soccer movements. Fostering creativity and imagination through age-appropriate games and exercises.

02

Introduction to Basic Skills

Introducing fundamental soccer skills such as ball mastery, dribbling, passing, shooting and heading through fun and interactive drills. Creating a supportive environment where players can discover the joy of mastering new skills.

03

Small-Sided Games

Emphasis on small-sided games to maximize player involvement, touches on the ball, and overall enjoyment of the game. Encouraging teamwork, cooperation, and friendly competition in a relaxed setting.

04

Positive Coaching Environment

Our coaching staff is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Coaches focus on building confidence, self-expression, and a sense of accomplishment in every participant.

School Partnerships

KEA Soccer+ School Programme

KEA Soccer+ School Programme, managed by Kandanda Elite Academy, is an advanced social initiative that aims at improving the welfare of children and youth through integrated football and life-skills education, specifically designed for both junior and senior school pupils. The programme is strategically aligned with the Arts and Sports Science Career Pathway provided for in the mainstream education system.

KEA Soccer+ School Programme uses the power of football to infuse positive behavior change, improve physical fitness, enrich gender equality, promote team skills and better academic performance of the pupils. In addition, the programme aims to help form strong school teams for both boys and girls. Kandanda Elite Academy is flexible to the school schedule; however, detailed coaching session plans are managed by KEA coaches.
