Registration Guidelines & Consent

Please read the following guidelines carefully before completing your child's registration. By registering, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

Registration Requirements

The online registration form must be completed in full for admission to be approved. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Parents/guardians are required to provide accurate personal details, contact information, and disclose any special medical conditions their child may have.

Fees Policy

  • Admission fee: Ksh. 700 (one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable)
  • Monthly fee: Ksh. 2,000 per player (Ksh. 1,800 per sibling), payable by the 5th of every month
  • Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or absence from sessions.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, KEA staff are authorized to seek immediate medical treatment for your child. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the parent/guardian, who agrees to release Kandanda Elite Academy from liability for actions taken in good faith during an emergency.

Drop-off & Pick-up

KEA is not responsible for players dropped off more than 1 hour before, or picked up more than 1 hour after, a session's scheduled end time. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and collection.

Child Rights & Protection Policy

Kandanda Elite Academy is committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care. All coaches and staff are required to read, understand, and sign our Child Rights and Protection Policy. This includes a zero-tolerance approach to any form of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and clear procedures for reporting concerns.

Conduct & Discipline

KEA reserves the right to suspend or expel any player for gross misconduct, including but not limited to: use of foul language, stealing, bullying, fighting, substance use, or repeated breach of academy rules. Parents/guardians will be notified of any disciplinary action taken.

Photo & Video Consent

With parental consent (opted into separately during registration), Kandanda Elite Academy may use photographs or video footage of your child for promotional and marketing purposes across print, digital, and social media. This consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting info@kandandaeliteacademy.co.ke.

Confidentiality

KEA guarantees the confidentiality of all personal information provided by parents/guardians during registration. Information is used solely for admission, safety, and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Acceptance

By checking the consent box on the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the guidelines above on behalf of your child.
